Primarily via Oracle Primavera P3/P6 and Microsoft Project, Time Cost LLC provides CPM scheduling functions on various projects nationwide. Construction disciplines have included bridges, tunnels, rails, commercial facilities, airports, and water and wastewater facilities. Our scope has included both the review of existing schedules, establishment of new schedules, monthly updating, and narrative reporting of schedules.
Our primary strength and focus is in the initial construction of baseline CPM schedules. We employ a variety of self-developed, proven methods, extracting data from multiple project sources and culling them into a single comprehensive list of work items, thereby, ensuring all work items and their associative paperwork requirement items are included in the base schedule and properly and logically wired together. Using our collective, extensive estimating backgrounds and experience, durations are then confidently assigned to each work item. Employing aforementioned techniques, baseline schedules are efficiently established and mutually accepted by all requisite parties. If cost loading is required, then each node task can be expanded to include cost data.
We provide a “look ahead” reporting as well, which can determine the potential impact of any issue in advance in order to determine the likelihood of an impact to the project. Any items with potential impacts are then quantified, and all responsible parties are notified to come up with a plan to avoid or minimize the delay. Our primary focus is to identify any issue that could potentially impact the project schedule and work closely with the project team to prevent those impacts from causing delays and subsequent monetary losses.
We employ a variety of methods to perform either interim delay analyses or final delay analyses. These analyses include but are not limited to windows delay analysis, as-planned versus as-built slip comparisons, fragmentary networks (fragnets), Monte Carlo risk analysis, and time impact analysis. Our experience and expertise allow us to select the method best suited and appropriate to the particular project situation.
